If you die tonight would you be in Heaven or hell?
The Salvation Test!
1. Have you ever placed any thing before God?
2. Have you ever made a god to suit yourself?
3. Have you taken the Lord’s Name in vain?
4. Have you missed church when you could’ve gone?
5. Have you ever disobeyed your Mom or Dad?
6. Have you ever killed another person?
7. Have you committed adultery?
8. Have you stolen anything?
9. Have you ever told a lie?
10. Have you ever desired another person’s property?
The Grading Scale
Minus 1 = Failure
James 2:10 “For whosoever shall keep the whole Law, and Yet offend in ONE point, he is guilty of all”
Did you pass or Fail?
If you were honest you realize that you can’t pass that test.
God’s word says that we have all failed the test.
Romans 3:23 “For ALL have sinned, and come short of the glory of God”
The Result
Because of this failure we all deserve to go to Hell according to the Bible.
Romans 6:23 “For the wages (price) of sin is death (Hell), but the gift of God is eternal life (Heaven) through Jesus Christ our Lord”
The Answer
Jesus Christ passed the test!
He lived His entire life without sin. And was crucified on the cross for OUR sin.
Romans 5:8 “But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
Jesus is the only answer
John 14:6 “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the father but by me.”
The Response
Can I go to heaven ?…. YES!
Act 16:30, 31 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said,Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
please do not wait another day!
Proverb 27:1 “Boast not thyself of to morrow; for thou knowest not what the day may bring forth.”
If you now see your need for Christ to save you and trust in His payment for your sins, then call upon God to save you in a prayer like the following.
“Dear Heavenly Father,
I know that I am a sinner, lost and on my way to Hell. I believe that Jesus is the only way to Heaven.I believe in my heart that Jesus died on the cross for my sins and rose again the third day as the Bible says. Please forgive me and save me today. Amen! “
